MEETING ROOMS

Several meeting rooms are available to meet your needs. A Meeting Room can be assigned to any group that requests one. Groups of 24+, who stay overnight in lodging, may use one room at no charge. Extra rooms may be rented to meet the groups need.

 

Cypress - Capacity 150        Magnolia - Capacity 80        Pinecone - Capacity 60  

 

Cedar - Capacity 45              Sweet Bay - Capacity 30        Southern - Capacity 30

 

Meeting rooms are assigned after final counts are received. 

 

Meeting room preferences cannot be guaranteed. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience but hope each group will understand that working with limited space and a variety of group needs, we will make the best choices possible without favoritism.  Lakewood reserves the right to assign meeting rooms based on all the criteria we have available at the final count date specified on the contract or 2 Mondays before the event if the final count date is not specified.  Meeting room assignments are final.
